Tonic Architecture is a Bristol and Bradford-on-Avon based RIBA Chartered studio. We advise developers, estates, institutions and fellow practices on historic buildings, planning consent and sustainable retrofit — and we design buildings that respond to both their locations and our clients’ ambitions.

Our consultancy commissions are fixed-fee and fixed-scope. You know the cost and the deliverable before we start, and the initial consultation fee is credited in full against any commission placed within 90 days.
We work with developers, historic estates, land promoters, portfolio landlords, main contractors and other architectural practices needing specialist heritage input.
