This notice explains how TONIC ARCHITECTURE LIMITED (company number 08013164) collects and uses personal data. We are the data controller for the information you provide through this website.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry. If you commission a service through this site, our payment provider processes your payment details — we do not store card information.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, to deliver and administer any service you commission, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for two years. Records relating to a commissioned project are retained for fifteen years, reflecting professional indemnity and statutory limitation requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, and to request erasure where we have no continuing lawful basis to retain it.
